  4. The FB page is called "VSG Twin Cities MN support group And any sleevers" and I have asked the groups organizer to pop into this thread and provide the fb link incase you can't find it by the title. She left it in one of them, maybe the other June sleevers thread. I know her real name but can't remember her user name on here....hope this helps.

  7. Sorry just saw this, feel free to private message me if I don't reply on the future.....you might be able to use just your primary coverage and pay any difference but it does not work the other way around.....meaning you could not use only your secondary.....let your dr and primary know that you may not use the secondary to see if there are any limitations or price breaks...there is not usually any rule saying you "have to" use the secondary.......good luck!!
  8. Aline, you are looking great!! Keep it up!!
  9. I can swallow tablets bigger than that now, but it is because of the type of medication it is and the healing tummy inside cannot handle that medicine yet....maybe one day....I CAN take a sinus (Sudafed) tablet or 1/2 of my synthroid at a time...1/2 and 1/2 with separate sips of water.....but the surgeon did not want me to take the methotrexate that way yet.......btw, I did give myself that shot this morning and it was not as bad as my head thought it would be, lol....
