  1. I got a date for my lapband surgery, July 18th! My brother is coming to visit this weekend! Yeah. He is trying to have a baby with his lesbian friend and her wife! I hope it takes this time! If it doesn't he will be coming for my surgery and they will try again at that time. They are going through a clinic, but saves a couple hundred to do it in person. They live here near me in Des Moines. He lives in L.A. I cannot wait until I have a new niece or nephew! He is my only sibling and has no children.
  2. Thank you for the welcome! Funny you all are talking about this. I had to go to walmart over lunch and buy correctol! I am not even banded. I got a big box LOL
  3. I have not been banded yet but DR. places the band up high as well. Were you banded by Dr. Eibes?
  4. Hello everyone, this is my first post on LBT. I read through this forum and feel like this would be a good fit for me. Everyone is great! I have been approved by insurance and have my preop on Thursday. I have issues to work through with my sexual orientation. Won't go into that (OT). I live in Iowa and am a divorced mom of 3. I am really glad that I found this forum!
