I've lost a 100 lbs with diet and working out ... I also gain it all back ... Then lost another 75 and gain it all back !!! So now I have to do something different !!! We are not taking the easy way out its just something to help us try to loose and keep the weight off !!! More power to her if she can keep it off !!! in the long term that's what matters !!!

I got it done this pass Sunday and my hair is really long and it took my about an hour or more to get all the yucky sticky globs out of my hair ... I shampoo it 3 times ...

LOL I love it I'm right there with you !!! My OCD is in over drive ... I'm done doing everything now I'm just waiting for my pre op class on June 14 hopefully by then I will have a date & of course I see my NUT every 2-3 weeks ...

I just found out I have it too during my endoscopy I just finished taking the horse pills take yogurt ...it's strong antibiotic & u don't want yeast infection too

Yeah me 2 my insurance coordinator summited my paper work yesterday ... So hopefully they cool with 4months of NUT appt since I'm going every 2 weeks if not surgery will be somewhere in August ... I have my sleep study test on Sunday night ..5/12/13

I been seeing my NUT since 2/26/13 every 2 weeks ... I was 296 when I started and I'm down to 263 as of yesterday when I saw my surgeon and he's okay with my surgery now ... He wanted my BMI down since I'm only 5" and I wouldn't have done with out her ... after my surgery I'm going to continue to see her ... I need the accountability if not I slack and start gaining it all back

Ohhh that's great I'm still not sure what hospital im going to be in , he said RWJ or JFK ... I had a bit of a set back .. The pending date was 6/3/13 but I'm still waiting for my regular doctor to do her part and I gave the paper work 2 weeks ago thinking that it was plenty of time but I was wrong .. So now I'm not sure when I'm going in ... ;( but I do go get my sleep study test this Sunday and I'm done with everything .. Except my NUT I have to keep seeing her forever lol

How's the diet going with my fitness pal ... I'm down 27 lbs so far the surgeon said he needs my BMI to go down to a safe # before surgery I started @ 296 I'm only 5" now I'm 269 .. Me too my surgeon said June 3rd if all is accepted with my insurance .. 2morr I have to have my pcp do a letter with my history for the surgeon and that's it ... He said if no problems June 3rd is the day ...

Hi Im Kat I just join today I went to see my surgeon today he wanted me to loose some weight ASAP because he said my BMI was to high so I went from 57 to 51 started @ 296 On March 1 ... Im only 5'1 today @ the office 271 My doctor was very happy with my results they will be summiting my paper work to the insurance company so I will officially find out in a couple of weeks .. I have to take a preop class in 2 weeks .. So June 3rd ... I completed all my visit except for the sleep apnea test ... waiting on the doc to get back to me .. I'm extremely nervous !! And no one to talk about with
