I was just discharged yesterday afternoon and today all I've had to drink is 1 water bottle. Big mistake! I'm really lightheaded now. So remember drink your Water and don't count your shakes or Soups toward your water consumption. The more water the better! Good luck!

I start liquids tmw but I started trying the shakes about 3 wks ago. I really like dymatize elite Protein Powder. I really don't get hungry for a couple of hrs after I drink it. And no aftertaste. Believe me I can be a bit of a baby and a picky eater lol so if I like it, it is worth a try
