  1. Hi my name is Joan, I am from NC and I am in the process. My next appt is on June 25 and we will set a surgery date at that time. I am nervous, excited and scared. I have really enjoyed just reading all the post this week and I find that I still have those emotions plus many new ones. Many of you have spoken about a pre-op diet, I met with the dietiatian last week and she explained diet after surgery but there was never any mention of a pre-op diet. I want to do this right but I am so afraid I won't get it right, what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat....You guys just keep posting and I will keep reading and maybe together I can do this.
