  1. That's great you los 20 lbs on the 2 week pre-diet! I'm guessing your body is still adjusting to that huge loss and you will see another drop soon.
  2. Good luck to both of you tomorrow. Hoping you have a smooth recovery.
  3. Hope it's smooth sailing for you tomorrow! I go Weds:)
  4. Congrats on awesome results!!
  5. Very happy for you! I'm Weds. Can't wait and can't wait to hear reports back from everyone else.
  6. Great job! I think 41 lbs is awesome!
  7. The next couple of weeks will fly by for you! Good luck. I go on Weds and am super excited!
  8. Good luck on Tuesday. I'm on Weds and can't wait!!!
  9. I have very short, fine hair anyway so I figure I'm screwed for a little while when the hair starts shedding but still think the overall outcome will be worth it:)
  10. Sorry you're going through all this and on the way home soon! If that's a pic of your little girl, Happy Mother's Day to you.
  11. No suggestions but best of luck tomorrow! My day is Weds:)
  12. I've been using the nectar Protein powder in Water pre-op. It's considered clear liquid by my Dr. Lemonade, Pink Grapefruit, and Strawberry/Kiwi are my top 3 favs right now but then I am kinda fruity;) 23 g of protein and 100 cals. I use it in my 20 oz water bottle with ice
  13. Congrats on your loss of weight and meds! This is one of my goals to be off of as many meds as possible. I will gladly replace them with vitamins Another goal is to not have the blood pressure cuff re-pump on my fat arm when it should be done. It really hurts. I don't think thin people realize that.
  14. I hope everything turns out to be negative after your test on the 22nd. Glad you're having it checked out. Sounds like you're doing all the right things in the meantime with diet and exercise. Good luck and keep us posted.
  15. Agree with everyone else. First thing I thought was you look like you've lost much more than 58 lbs. Congrats to you!
  16. Happy to hear your surgery went well. How are you doing on protein intake?
  17. Mine is all pre-packaged high protein product from the Drs office. Food, drink, bars, cookies, hot chocolate. 800-900 cal/ day and about 90g of protein.
  18. They used blue gloppy paste like stuff on mine. Took more than 1 shampoo to remove and I have short hair.
  19. Ugh sorry hon. HUGS!! Could say something but I better not but you can tell him for me that I'm not lazy
  20. I'm pre-op, going in next week but totally agree about the sugar/carb thing. The other million times I've started new diets after 3 days with sugar out of my system the cravings went away. Obviously when I started back on them I craved them more and more. Good for you for kicking it back in again!
  21. I love this thread!!!!! So hope I can add to soon!!
  22. Hope you get to catch up on some sleep soon!
