2.5 months out 41 pounds gone forever

Thats about a 4lb weight loss a week, Surgery date was Feb 27 -13 SW 265 also the most I ever weighed (she straw that broke the camels back)

This includes lots of stalls, and I still consider myself a slow looser, I have a sleeve of steel, I can eat anything, although I dont usually let myself.

good job...and I think there are advantages to being a "slow loser"...it gives you more time to learn new eating behaviors and adjust to the "new" you

Congrats! My surgery was the day before yours and I'm down 30 since surgery (40 including pre-op). Lots of stalls for me too. I may be a slow loser but its still so wonderful to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. I too have a superman sleeve. I control my portions and focus on Protein but nothing but white bread, Pasta and rice are out. It's great.

Good luck on the rest of your journey! :)

Wow congrats. I was sleeved just two days before you and lost about half of that weight. :) Keep up the good work. 4lbs a week is awesome. I've been averaging 2lbs weekly and been very happy with that.
