I feel the same way, it's unbelievable how food can control one's life if allowed!! It really is a battle! I KNOW what I need to do, and I hope that is half the battle!! Now.....I just need to do it. I sure wish I could find people close to me, I really need an exercise buddy....????

We have officially started a Bariatric sleeve group! Even though there are only 3 of us now, I hope to make this a bigger group, more sleevers equals more support! We met at Starbucks for our first meeting, our 2nd meeting will be the same...May 20th. After the 2nd meeting, I would like to take it to a park or area where we can walk and talk!

Hello! And no worries, you don't need a bike! I really just wanted to get a group together for moral support, friendship, inspiration, ideas....etc...we could also walk together or simply just meet to talk! We have not decided where to meet yet tomorrow, but as soon as we do, I will let you know on here!!!

Thankyou, I needed that pep talk, especially first thing this morning . I get so frustrated with myself, and I need to remind myself that I have came this far.....I do not want to go back! One step in from of the other....

I need help, looking for a person or persons to help motivate me n give me the strength I need to get up n go, to work out with me n I will do the same for them , I'm in desperate need n feel like giving up, please help , I live in Roseville Michigan .
