So yesterday was my 11th anniversary. I have lost about 65 lbs since surgery and nearly 90 lbs since my highest weight. So my husband brings in a Victoria's Secret bag and I'm thinking to myself, that had better be body spray because that's the only thing that I can wear from Victoria's Secret. But no, he bought several pair of "cheeky" panties. Mind you, I have been shopping for undies at Lane Bryant for nearly all of my adult life but my cute LB panties have become Granny panties. So my husband decided to take matters into his own hands and buy me some new ones. But from VS? I would never dream of buying anything from VS. so, I reluctantly try them on. Drum roll... They fit! And my butt actually looked good in them. Score one for me... And my Hubby.

Celebrating today as I've finally gotten past the half way point. Wanted to post to all those on the fence about surgery (as I once was) and for those in the early-early days who can't conceive of the success (as I once did). What a wonderful tool this is! It's still work, and it's getting harder, but it's a tool that really works. I track everything. I still weigh and measure most things. I am struggling to make exercise a part of my everyday life. But I feel so incredibly good. The daily pain of my knees and feet are gone. My blood pressure is normal. My cpap settings are the lowest you can have. My energy is improving. To be certain, surgery isn't for everyone, but if you doubt yourself preop, as I did, I want you to know that success DOES happen. I started at 325. I could barely move or breathe. It's work. Some days are hard. But it's so worth it. Now - to buckle down to get to goal in the next year. It's getting a little harder. The journey is far from over but I'm so glad I booked the trip!

Got back from Dominican Republic for my 1 yr. wedding anniversary. Love how i can fit in the seats and can still jiggle of how much space i have left. Good thing is i didnt gain. I am down to 222.

Hey guys I am down to 235 from 330. I am flying out for my 1 year wedding anniversary next Friday. Super scared on how I am going to fit in the seats.

Just a quick "poo" tip... try Ballerina tea, its sold on Amazon or your Asian marketplace. Its great, one cup of tea and thats all you need. I take a mug every three days, $3.99 a box. Taste good with just a bit of honey. I promise this works, no pain or ab work out needed to push either. Smooooth.... lol lol just a suggestion. Merry Christmas.

What you are feeling I know alot of people on here on relate to that. So this is not new to any of us. I am truly sorry you feel this way. There is no turning back and you must try with all your might. I cried before surgery with the pre op diet. After surgery I though WTH did I to myself. But I gave it my all........I DO NOT REGRET a thing. I am about 93lbs down since my surgery date Nov 8th. Give it your all and trust at the end it will be worth it.... Wish you the best

I'm sorry you're struggling but honestly at about one week out what you describe is not so unusual. A month from now you'll be singing a different toon. I hope you feel better, Good luck
