Ahhhh thanks for the tip maybe I will start taking them at nite I took the Calcium n no problem it was just the multi that upset my stomach. I will definitely try that ????

Thanks for your response. I hope I'm not getting sick ???? I did call the surgeons office about 20 min ago n the nurse said its possible that my stomach is not ready for vitamins so to wait for a couple of days n to try again if I still get the same effect they will switch me out to something different. I got a headache n that nauseous feeling afterward I don't even feel like eating bcuz of how nauseous I feel so maybe ur right I may be getting sick grrr

Got sleeved 4/1 had my post op appt with surgeon today n got the okay to have soft foods starting today but all I've eaten today was a serving size of Tuna n one string cheese n a cup of almond milk. I don't think that's enough protein though. Overall feeling great n going back to work on Monday :-( on the going back to work lol
