I'm still in the pre-op stage, my surgery is scheduled for January 27th! Yay! I'm having my VSG done with Dr. Mahbod Mark Paya out of West Hills, Ca. My surgery will be done at UC Irvine. -

Thank you so much for posting the checklist. I'm scheduled for my psych evaluation on Monday and the dietician on Tuesday. I'm hoping to get a date scheduled for sometime in January. I'm so thankful for this list, it takes a bit of the mystery out of my upcoming surgery. V
