Good morning~ Today is Macys 6th B-Day. Unbelievable. :w00t: We are going to a a place called Incredible Pizza today. It is along the lines of a Chuck E Cheese but this is a buffet type place. Just what I need, right? lol Her actual b-day party is Saturday @ my sisters house. Good morning friends~ Went and got little Macy from my sister yesterday evening. I love when she goes to mom & aunt julies but I LOVE to get her home too! She lights me up inside :wub: Yesterday morning a friend of dh said HEY...i have 4 free astros tickets because my son is sick...come get 'em and have a great time...so we got to go to the ballgame yesterday. We havent been all year so that was FUN! We won I SMELL A CIVIL SUIT against Mexico! Count me in! I am starting up another civil suit against BlueBell Ice Cream :thumbup: Have a fantastic day everyone. I love ya'll!!!

Only bad thing is that he forgets (or doesnt care) that she is 5 years younger than he is and he teaches her things she should not hear about yet...like ghosts, haunted houses, you know...that wake her up in the middle of the night crap, lol. And she is also learning to be a smart@ss a little too soon for my taste...so I am having to reign her in a bit over that. BUT, I guess it was bound to happen! Hi ladies~I slept in this morning too. TOM is kickin' my rear end this time. Kat-Last time I got on the scales I was back up to 222 so I am going to try starting today to lose my -5 this month. Since I am on tom I am NOT going to get on the scales. I wish I could undo what I have done to myself but I can't so I will just have to start again. Congrats on the -2.5. Still a negative...but c'mon, lets do this...(consider yourself kicked in the pants). Jenns new found fire is contagious Jenn-thank you :smile2: We had a good time in LA. The post Suzie just made reminded me of something that happened once when I was at the grocery store. I was 3rd in line. The lady right in front of me had a couple of little kids with her. The lady looked to be in her early thirties, plain looking, tired (with 2 little kids its understandable). She had about 10 things in her basket of necessity items...I really remember this vividly...milk, bread, eggs, lunch meat, oranges, hamburger meat, noodles and ragu sauce, toilet paper, and maybe another thing or 2. No frills, just basics. The lady in front of her looked to be in her 50s. Nicely dressed, business like, ya know? When she had done paying the clerk she just stood there and looked at the woman behind her, looked at the kids, looked at the basket and she just kind of stood there and I thought, why isnt she leaving???...she moved up just far enough for the woman to have her things rang up by the cashier and then when the cashier said how much the total was the older lady said "would you please do me the honor of letting me pay for your groceries today?" The younger woman said oh no, no you really do not need to do that, I am OK. The older lady said "you don't understand, I do not mean in any way to offend you or imply that you can not afford this stuff yourself but I woke up this morning and decided that I was going to do something nice today for a stranger. I am doing this more for myself than you....please, please let me do this. She did and right at that moment, my world stood still....i heard nothing else but their conversation, heard the kindness, saw the generosity and I almost passed out. That one single moment in that grocery store changed me....forever. After they walked away, the store clerk and I just stood there staring at one another dumbfounded, both thinking the same thing....there are still wonderful, caring people in this world.

Kat...her (macys) right side. Macy (probably) has a kidney infection and maybe even a stone. Macy said "Dr Molly, I have never eaten any rocks before!" lol The good thing is that we think I got her to the dr early enough to catch it before it got out of hand....at least I hope that is the case. Anyway...they took blood (poor baby) and urine and then took x-rays. We got some antibiotics. Thanks God for insurance otherwise it would have cost me 400.00. My insurance paid all but 85.00 and the dr gave me a forty dollar coupon so it ended up being 45.00. But four hundred dollars...that is insane! Anyhow, the dr said if Monday she is still in pain, bring her back in the office. If she starts running fever, vomiting or if the pain gets worse, to call and let her know ASAP. The dr also told me to go to the hardware store and get some paint strainers so I can strain her urine to see if any debris comes out while she is urinating. Please please PLEASE say a prayer for Macy. She was hurting so badly that she was in tears earlier. :crying:

Good morning... I need to bring Macy to the dr this morning. I could hardly sleep last night because she was complaining about her side hurting. She is ooohing and owwing every few seconds. I am hoping that maybe she just has a bruised rib or something. Cross your fingers for us. btw...thanks for the kind words ladies :crying:
