rain rain go away, come again another day....little children (and moms) want to play....rain rain rain rain go away! I guess I can not really complain. I am more sad about the rain for dd sake than mine. She had such high hopes today to get in her pool and to look for lizards and play ball. Poor baby. Maybe we will play in the rain. That is what we did when I was a kid! I want to teach her the girlie thing to do when it rains....pick up a book and curl up on the couch :sleep: She will go for it for a while, just not long enough for me :w00t: Our electricity went out at about 2:45 this morning and came back on about 4 AM. Then dh went to work. We were supposed to have the kids over this weekend but that is a long story I won't go into right now. Needless to say they are not here. :tongue2: My mom & stepdad come back from their cruise today. They called me from Grand Cayman. Choked me up. I talk to my mom every day and have missed her so much! I am a momma's girl. Always have been and always will be Jane-Hope you feel better soon! Take care of yourself. Suzie-hope you were able to get a little rest yesterday. Pam-are you feeling better? I remember you saying something a day or 2 ago about an immodium thing! How are we? Judy & Jenn-glad your fills are working for you! So what is on everybodys agenda today? R&R over here...

Hi violets-WOOOHOOOO lets hear it for my SPEEDING TICKET!!! :crying: Yep, got it on my way home from work. There were a line of 3 of them sitting on motorcycles trying to trap everyone. WELL, since I knew there was no way in heck I was gonna talk my way out of it I figured I would have some fun and when he walked up I said "I am so glad you guys are out here cause people drive entirely too fast on this stretch of road". :cursing: He thought it was funny too. Then I told him that they also "need to stop cell phone use while driving too cause if I hadn't been on the phone I would have seen you and slowed down alot sooner". Oh well, life handed me lemons and I made lemonade. Kat-I am going to keep you and dd and Kinsey in my prayers!! Keep us up to date on how they are! Jenn-hope your headache goes away soon. They can be so miserable. Judy-I forgot to say this sooner but wan't it exciting for TBL to have a female winner, finally?! Alli looked so teensy tiny! Terri-you are so logical. I wish I had that calm 'voice of reason' thing going on like you do! I normally resemble this guy :cursing: or :biggrin: I am glad there will be at least ONE logical person going on this trip! Pam & Jane-I did not feel sorry for her at all. DH noticed that her face was dry during her act. I just hate it when people get on the show and start acting as if they need the cash more than anyone else there. If you need the money so bad, don't leave for 3 months to be on TV....stay home and work or go on a game show to get rich quick. OK, I am done with the rant! lol Good morning violets! Pam & Jane-so it is unanimous...we want Ryan to win. :tt2: I have been wanting him to win for a long time...even though I hope he dumps his girlfriend. I wonder what he is going to say when he finds out she really DID tell Parker that he is a racist. Wish I could be a fly on the wall for that one. Maybe they will show that tape at the finale and we can see the look on his face live when he realizes his girlfriend is a sneaky lying little witch! That would be cool. Evil aren't I? lol The past couple of days I have not really been a good girl as far as food goes. I ended up eating what they catered in for us at our meetings. Hi violets-Back from the meeting. It was a joke to get there but i will spare you the details (Post Oak for you Houston ladies, 3 Riverway to be exact). UGH. You gotta love when you finally get somewhere and the arm on the entrance of the parking garage is broken and you have to put it in reverse to go another way. OMG, I seriously needed a cigarette after that but I didn't do it :blushing: Michelle-I will keep your friends family in my prayers. What a tough situation! Pammie-love the flowers!! They are so girlie! I love girlie stuff. I can not grow anything. I had a cactus once and I killed it...now how can someone kill a cactus? Haydee-I wish we could have met up too. That would have been fun. Tomorrow they are feeding us for Admin. Prof. Day. :scared2: Everyone have a great evening! I have to go there again tomorrow but I am leaving earlier in the morning to avoid the real bad road congestion. I may end up getting there at 6 in the morning but at least I will be in one piece :thumbup:

OMG Pamela!! Ya know I wonder what Chelsia is gonna think!! I am really not THAT surprised about the man on man part....but I would love to see Chelsias reaction if/when she finds out! Today is meetings in Houston day. I need to get on the driving directions again cause I have not been there in a year so I need to refresh my memory. Pray for me. Terri & Haydee...I do not see how you do it living so close to there! I used to live there but my apartment was like..down the street from my office (on purpose). lol Terri-My dr is really concerned about the bump and wants to see how the antibiotics are working first hand. He was happy with it so far but is still being very watchful. This is like the 3rd or 4th time that it has reoccured in the same place. That is why this time he is making sure he is doing everything he can before he has to cut it out! Have a great day everyone.

Hi violets~ I have a follow up dr visit this morning so he can see how the antibiotics are doing. I am keeping my fingers crossed but am kind of worried. We'll see. Tomorrow and Wednesday I have meetings at corporate in Houston. They are boring but it is better than being at my office. The fun part is going to be that I have not seen the houston folks since a year ago this month. They have not seen me since I had just had the surgery done. Should be a day full of NSVs and I am so excited! I look at it as a day to get me rejuvinated to lose these last 5-10 pounds. Have a great Monday everyone!

I don't know what I am going to wear tubing. When the incentive tax checks come in I will go get a bathing suit that fits. I hate my arms too but may just go for the gusto and let them flop around. You only live once, right? I burn SO easily so I really do need to have a either loads of sunblock or a t-shirt (or both) on me. Michelle-I hope you are better from your fall. That made me wince when I read your post! I am so excited!

Ditto...except take out the spiritual part and add mentally and that would cover me the past week or so...:thumbup: We will be fine sista!!
