Try this . NEW WHEY liguid protien shots. They are 3.8 oz tubes with 42 gr of protien. I do one in AM one in PM for a whopping 84 gr without all the mixing and drinking, They are thick and minimal after taste but I like getting it over with quick and spend my time drinking water . I can handle better than the rest. Walmart cheapest I have found by a dollar.

Is thia cash ? no ins? if so i would contact some of the members on this site that has seen either of these Dr's. The are best to tell you about the doc and office "personality"- how they handle billing etc.. Also when your new patient appt happens if you are paying cash be sure to tell them you can't have any undisclosed prices from meds, labs needed everything. you always need to be prepared that the hospital / dr bills could change after the fact due to complications. If paying cash you will be required to pay everything upfront so that will be set. hope thuis helps.
