I AM SOOO CONFUSED

Hello, I am so new to this but a friend told me about Dr. Fernando Garcia and then I came on here and saw reviews on Dr. Kelly. I have no clue as to which Doctor to go with. I want someone who is part of the Bariatric Association. I am so nervous because I dont want to go with someone who isnt good.
