  1. Hello there! I was just banded May 25th and boy was I nervous! But ya know what once I got to the surgical center I wasnt so nervous anymore I was excited because I had worked so hard to get to that day and it had finally come. You will do just fine! Ya know I walked walked & walked for the first 3 days as much as I could and on day 3 I didnt have to take any pain or nausea meds because I was feeling alot better. Keep your head up and do what your doctor tells you to do and you will be fine. Good luck and keep in touch! Let us know how you are doing and the progress you are making. TTYS!
