My goals also! I am 2 months post op (sleeved March 27, 2013). I have lost 36 pounds and I am able to do some of these things already! Won't be long before you can too!

You will be able to eat your favorites again! Just have to give it sometime. I am only 1 1/2 months post op, but I can eat just about anything, just not so much of course. You still have to be careful and make good choices, but done sensibly you can have anything. You will have to watch the pastas and bread (carbs). I try to limit mine, but not completely ban them from my diet. When I eat lasagna or something like that, I will take one bite then try to pick the meat and cheese out leaving mostly pasta. Of course, I still can only eat 4 bites and I am stuffed! I have lost my cravings for sweets almost completely and I find the bread cravings are slowing down. Still have trouble determining hunger pains from thirst, but I'm getting there. Hang in there!
