  1. You've got to get up and walk around. Nothing will get it out except walk, fart, repeat for days
  2. From your phone or desktop?
  3. Checking in . How is everyone doing? I'm on vacation for the first time and eating out every meal...feeling awful. Basically throwing up after everything. Sucks!!!! Have my second post op appointment Wednesday!
  4. Obsessed with flex. It's so easy to use and like th other post said - the mfp link is awesome. I had no clue it linked with Walgreens!!!! I love the sleep tracker.
  5. I told everyone. No shame in my game. I love all the support.
  6. Thank you! Apple is bigger on top right? I have skinny legs and the rest is - all round lol. I'm kind of losing like that as well. Can't wait for it all to catch up! How is your pre op going?
  7. Yes you absolutely will. Ill be 7 weeks on Monday and Ian just now getting over it. Just remember it's normal and that first 6 weeks is not an indication of how life will be its part of the healing process. I did a vlog on YouTube from the start of my mission (people call it a journey...mine is a mission). My channel is newlifemelissa. I'd be happy to answer anything so if you have any questions or want to vent email me any time! I had someone help me and it was (and is) the best thing ever. I hope I can do the same for you .
  8. I had surgery at Lenox hill July 8. Where are you going? Always looking for buddies. I'm on the upper east side in the city
  9. I've been tracking on my fitness pal. Anyone else on it? Add me! missyjoy2078 Also yea I'm so not getting the protein in as I should. I'm falling 10-20 grams short. Which is frustrating me
  10. I had an incision in my belly button and after sitting up - it hurt really badly so I took 4 weeks. I needed it. Also you get so freaking tired really easily. I would absolutely suggest 3-4 weeks. And if you feel better go back early
  11. Anyone else have hair loss now? Sad.
  12. I'm 6 weeks out and it does get better a little each day. I still can't get in all my Water but it's getting better. The Protein - much harder considering those shakes make me gag. Hang in there and try to remember its an entirely new life and it's going to take a while to get used to. I was told a few months.
  13. I added a bunch of you! Need motivation Missyjoy2078
  14. I've tried it (and by try I mean never consistently for 30 days). It was so hard for me but that was 40lbs ago. I was thinking of trying it again.
  15. I'm going to try that today
  16. I can it drink these protein shakes for the life of me. I think I give up on them
