  2. I just bought them today lol. They arent bad at all, hopefully ill have better luck. Thanx everybody!!
  3. Wow 70 grams! Thats incredible. Yes im trying hard. Unfortunately meats & fish do not sit well so I rely on lentils, & beans for some protein. Its more difficult than I anticipated but I have good days & bad days. Friday was a great day. I was able to have some cheese, a peice of fish & a 30 gram protein shake. Today...not so good.
  4. I was sleeved August 15th. Ive lost about 40 pounds but heres my issues. 1)my desire to eat is non exsistant. I get hungry bit the thought of eating makes my stomach turn. Has this happened to anyone? I thought it would get better but it hasnt. Im living off of atkins protein bars & 1 protein shake a day. And 2) since I started losing weight my joints are KILLING me. My hips, knees, & shoulder have.never hurt so dang much. Im 34 & feel like im trapped in an 80 year olds body. Is this normal?
  5. Clair, I have heard from my primary care doc about 80% of sleeve patients have to get their gallbladders removed. Symptoms can range from back pain, shoulder pain, intense pain, or even no pain. I would look into it. Keep me.posted!

  15. Hi nancy, thank you for replying. I do feel a little better everyday, I just wanna make sure im.not missing out on the Water & Protein. My doctor stressed the importance of 30ccs of water every 15 min & to make sure in between im drinking my protein since protein aids in the healing process. They also gave me the pneumonia shot & ive started my period today so im all over the place lol.
  16. Hi group. I guess im here because ive been feeling emotional. I was released from the hospital on 8/17 & couldnt do much due to swelling & gas however today (Sunday) I opened my eyes to a fear of.not taking in as much water & protein. I cant seem to drink as much as I want/need. Has anyone else gone through this or does anyone have any words of advice? Im nervous about not drinking enough of either water or protein shakes.
