Close Call. Went to work tonight and found someone had brought in some delicious looking brownies. The first thought from the old thinking pattern was just cut a corner off and enjoy. But, from old experience I know the corner would have just been the start of the relationship with the brownie. Fortunately the new thought patterns kicked in and reminded me of the subtle seduction of a nut filled brownie. Then I remembered I had a protein bar, mint chocolate with 19 grams of protein. Now that was a great trade off.

down 33lbs in a month & a half!!! yah!!!!

Walked before 10 this morning! 3 days in a row and I may even get a second one.

I am so happy to have LOST this weight! It was sometimes hard and sometimes easy to LOSE. It is thrilling to wear LOOSE clothing. That concludes the proper use and spelling for today, ty.

The food is sooo good!!! I'm learning that I still have bigidest because I was filling my plate up and trying to eat it all yet only being able to eat a corner. How wasteful.

How happy, excited AND delighted I was to buy size 14 pants at Old Navy! Yes, a store not designed for plus sizes….a whole new clothing world just opened up for me….who knew! YEAH!

size 12 now was a 26 so proud of myself!
