  2. My stomach makes noises all the time. Anybody else have this happening?
  3. I lost 23 pounds the first 2 weeks and it has been 5 weeks and I've only lost 12 more and that does not even last. I will gain a pound, loss a pound, gain 2 pounds. Any advice??
  4. Does that have enough calcium and vitamin d in it?
  5. That's kind of what I'm thinking. I don't eat late anyways.
  6. Does anybody do this 16:8 intermittent fasting? I've been doing it but I don't see why it would make a difference and I don't think it has with me.
  7. I go 60g a day. My nut told me not to go any higher

  9. Yea, I'm getting my protein, water and vitamins. I don't know what's going on but I hope it STOPS SOON
  10. I'm a little over 3 weeks post op and lately I have been depressed and VERY GROUCHY. I have ZERO energy and all I want to do is sleep. I know it has to be a phase but I sure HOPE it gets over SOON. People that are not going through this don't understand at all. I actually had somebody at work ask me "why are you being such a B*tch lately". She KNOWS that I had surgery. Anyways, I've lost 34 pounds so I'm proud of that. I just needed to vent. Has anybody else experienced this??
  11. I do the 16 hour fast now
  12. Today makes 3 weeks since surgery. The first 2 weeks I lost 30 pounds and 2 more the next day but NOTHING since. I've been doing everything I am suppose to do and don't know why I have not lost anything in a week. I know I'm not going to always lose a pound everyday but a week with no loss is killing me! Any advice??
  13. I bought a body pillow and that helped me

  15. Tuesday will be 3 weeks since surgery. I have lost 32 pounds. I felt GREAT until maybe last Wednesday and I started feeling very tired and grouchy. The weight loss stopped which I know its still soon. This weekend has been bad, I feel very depressed for some reason. I know it will get better, just gotta get through this dry spell
  16. Tuesday will be 3 weeks since surgery. I have lost 33 pounds. In the beginning I felt GREAT with lots of energy but towards the middle of the week I started feeling fatigued and very sleepy. I make sure I get my water and protein but I'm still on the full liquid phase so there's not much to choose from to eat. Any advice??

  18. I feel ya. I had mine on the 11th and BEYOND sick of liquids. Monday I can add beans and soft scrambled eggs thank goodness.
  19. Have you tried making broth from bouillon cubes. My favorite is the chicken flavor with herbs and spices. Have you tried the sugar free popsicles? That is how I made it through the liquid stage. Also, what protein shakes are you drinking? Chike brand Banana Magic Meal replacement is my favorite. Fairlife Protein shakes are very good too. Hang in there. I'm 20 days out and SICK of soups too.
