16:8 intermittent fasting

Does anybody do this 16:8 intermittent fasting? I've been doing it but I don't see why it would make a difference and I don't think it has with me.

I do, but I didn't stat that until I was almost 5 years post op. It does make a difference if you are in nutritional ketosis, and does boost my loss when I fast for longer periods. otherwise, I'm not sure there is much benefit.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. I don't eat late anyways.
