I had sleeve on 2-14-2013 and here it is 7-7-2013 I can't go without a lax someone please help with advice.

I really don't know but look like losing weight should help a lot I hope, prey's for you and the husband God bless.

I had G S on the 02-14-2013 I can eat bread but just not much I will be 60 years old this month I am losing weight so slow I have sugar and high BP so maybe that is why I am losing so slow" I really need help I seem not to have a bowel movement until I take a laxative and them only once or twice a week and that is only with a lax, I seem to stay in a stall one moment down 5 lb. and them up 4lb. I think it has to do with me not being able to go the bathroom that much. will my bowel movement ever get normal again? oh yea I am only down 37lb.

Please please don't do any thing that will land you in prison, by her telling every one that you have gotten a sleeve is very mean on here part, I know she is hurt about being unable to get the sleeve' but may I please pray for both of you; I also have had a sleeve and would do it again, do I want the world and my friend's to know (NO) but would I hurt someone behind it (NO) I can only pray that you were trying to be funny, again my pray's are with you both of you and please may you lose as much weight as you want.

It will be done and over with before you know it, the next thing you know you will be woke up by the nurse and ask to walk just a few hours after your sleeve, you will never ever regret it.God bless tou and your family.

normally I don't sign in I just read the post unless it is something that really hit home and this did,thank you so very much for stating the fact's God bless you and our sleeve family.

You will feel so much better in a week or two and will thank God that you had the sleeve done, I kinda regert the few weeks after I had the sleeve, but now I am almost 3 months out ; I would do it again in a heartbeat, just give yourself a little more time and you will be HAPPY to.

No one is saying you can't have a opinion I read alot of post about the band that is why I got the sleeve, I (thought I read where it was posted he should have been made to get the sleeve or bypass if this was not you then I am sorry but my problem is when any one say they should have (MADE him get one or the other too choice's, I really don't like it when the word's (make someone do something come up) if this was not you I am sorry not trying to stop your 2nd amendment or any one else for that matter.

And you know this how? please leave this man and his family alone this is his choice; not our's if it works fine and if it don't work it is him not your choice, good lord we don't own this man just because he is a governor.his personal life has nothing to do with us.

I am so glad that I am not the only one going through this, the only time I have a B M is when I take a laxative and them I go but won't go again until I take another laxative, and yes when I do go I am one to two pound's lighter, I have to take a lax two times a week or I will hurt. my sleeve was on 2-14-13 don't know how long I will have to take lax, and when I do go I to wonder were did all this come from.

dear baby girl believe me it is not BULL my throat got so very sore I had to take meds for mine, I am really praying you feel better, I know this is hard but you will be so happy about your sleeve in just a little while, don't give up you will love your sleeve.

My name is Catheryn and I am 59 soon to be 60 year's old in July I had my sleeve done on 2-14-13 was in the hospital over night and went home the next day, really wanted to go home night of sleeve but my ins stated I had to stay over night, went in that morning the next thing I know a hour or 2 later they told me I did great and by he 4th hour they had me up walking, it felt like I had done about 50 situp's no pain just sore, go for it you will be glad you did, people tell me that I look younger.

How are you? I had my upper teeth pulled the same month I had the sleeve done, it didn't have any problems other than having my teeth removed, my doctor ask me if I wanted my mouth to heal before he did the sleeve, I asked him would it make it a problem for my sleeve healing and he said one had nothing to do with the other, and he was right because I couldn't eat anyway so it didn't matter, and you will heal just fine and you will be happy that you did it this way, so when you are able to eat; you can eat and not worry about your mouth, God Bless you and your family.

The band was my 1st choice for weight lost surgery,but the more I read up on the lap-band the more I realize the band was not for more I decided that if I was going to have surgery I needed something that would work for me the rest of my life, not for the short term, so I went for the gastric sleeve surgery, I had it done on 2-14-13 got up 3 hour's after the surgery after the nurse woke me up and start walking, no pain just a little sore like I had done 50 sit up's went home on the 2-15-13, throw-up a few time's but nothing I couldn't handle didn't need the pain med' for pain from surgery, but needed pain med for my other problem's, I have lost about 37lb; don't regret the sleeve at all would like everyone who want to get weight loss surgery because they need it to go for it, God Bless everyone.

Hello all my name is Catheryn and I am 59 year's young in Dallas Texas, I guess you can say I am a proud sleeved Texas woman, you know they say every thing is bigger in Texas not so when it come to my new body, this is the 2 best thing I ever done, the first was and is that I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and the second is my sleeve it went so smooth I went to the hosptial on the 2-14-13 and on the 2-15-13 I went home I was up and walking 3 to 4 hour's after I had the sleeve done, I could have went home the day of sleeve but my (ins) want you to stay over night, it was over before I even knew what was going on. God has been so good to me with this sleeve He guided the doc hand and kept me safe, had no pain at all only a little sore felt like I had done about 50 sit up's ' but no pain I can't tell my fellower sleever how happy I am about this and I pray God keep me strong so I can meet my goal for my weight loss and keep me there and to be health, if any one is thinking about a sleeve I tell you with all my heart to go for it God Bless you all.

Hi my name is Catheryn I had my sleeve done on 2-14_13 I had thought about doing the lap-band but really read up on it and I just didn't like what people was saying about the band, everyone that got the band that I read about end up with the sleeve in the long run, so I decided to get the sleeve instead of the band and I am so happy that I did,good luck with everythng and God Bless.
