    I'm so glad to hear that you like Dr. Carlin. My surgery date is 3/26 with Dr. Carlin and I'm getting so nervous. I started the liquid diet and I can't stand the protein drinks. I'm starving! Hopefully it will get better.

    My surgery date is March 26th too. I start my pre-op liquid diet tomorrow I tired Muscle Milk protein powder and it was the worst thing I have ever drank. Is there any better protein powder that you like?
