  4. unjury has been the best for me SO FAR! The unflavored mix in Minute Maid 15-cal Cherry Limeade or the strawberry Sorbet mix in Water with Crystal Light Lemonade are my definite go to drinks. I also use the chicken Soup flavor when I need a quick meal

  6. I know exactly what you mean... Bloating/gaining when I'm doing exactly what I am supposed to is for the birds!!!
  7. Unjury has a Starter Pack -- 2 packets of each flavor. With shipping , it's ~$27 I ordered it & love it!! Not as thick as others & good taste I've now reordered containers of the ones I really liked

  9. Same here. Sleeved 6/6. Total weight loss 30 lbs but this week I am up a lb, down a lb, up two, down two. It's very frustrating but I keep trying to stay focused and not be come discouraged.
  10. I went back to work on Monday as well. I just thought I had regained my strength -- Boy, was I wrong. I was exhausted by the end of the day.
  11. My son started out in a Life Skill/Special Needs class. He did one yr of Kindergarten there & then another yr in regular Kindergarten. He didn't talk until he was 4--- now he doesn't shut up(LOL) He's starting High School this August & while it's def been a struggle -he's made HUGE HUGE strides & teaches me something each & everyday. Time flies by so fast-it seems like just yesterday he was in Elementary school... Def a wild ride !!
  12. Honestly I can't stand Greek Yogurt. Like a sour cream blend.. Ewwww I eat Dannon Light & Fit Carb Control -vanilla cream
  13. Hi. I noticed ( from your username LOL) that ur an Autism Mom. So am I. I have a 15 yr old son with high-functioning Autism. Good luck on your journey !!!
  14. Well I have to confess, I took a couple of bites of shrimp BUT chewed them up & spit it out (Gross, I know--but I had to chew something). Trying to follow my Dr's diet as close as I can. On full liquid phase now so somewhat easier to not go completely crazy. Now that I can eat (watery) grits & cream of wheat-at least I feel like I have eaten something! I have to keep reminding myself that regular food is just a few weeks away-but that now is the time to focus on healing & preparing to make better choices for the future.
  15. Tomorrow marks one week since my surgery (6/6). Down 6 lbs since surgery. Down 29 lbs total. Full liquids start tomorrow--- so I cheated a little and had very runny grits tonight ( which is okay tomorrow--lol) -- they were oh-so-yummy!!! Just what I needed!! Ate a little too much too fast (little overly excited) and had some 'full' like pain that lasted for about 20 mins but boy, did I learn my lesson Energy level up & soreness is down-- feeling better everyday.
  16. Single sleever -surgery date June 6
  17. Prayers for an uneventful surgery & recovery!! You'll do great
  18. I was able to find some Lipton Decaf Green Tea (strawberry & Acai ) individual drink packets & they are pretty good
