  7. I know we all have different cravings & likes/dislikes but I am curious to what food is your downfall & what do u have a difficult time resisting??? Add to that what do u do to get past the temptation?? Mine is Cola ICEEs... Oh for YUM. I have the most difficult time passing these up. Thankfully it's not too often that I crave an ICEE but when I can't resist, I get a small (rather than a large) and just drink a small amount of it

  13. Hang in there. The weight will start coming off. Like most everyone who's posted, I for sure thought I was the one the surgery wouldn't work for. Seems like the scale just crawls down ever so slowly but as I look back @ the big picture, I'm down 53 lbs. like u I thought I wasn't changing sizes, until I went to buy a new pair of jeans-- picked up my 'normal size', they were too big-- tried next smaller size, still too big... Next size down & they fit. I was so ecstatic, had to buy them!! A couple of weeks later & they are feeling a little big--- of course my old mindset automatically thinks I've stretched them out but NOPE... ????????
  14. I'm 3 mths out & still struggle with chicken... Everything else I've been okay with. Tuna, shrimp & tilapia have been my go to.
