  2. scale is moving again!! Going to gym 5 days a week--- usually for an hour (treadmill, bike, elliptical). Trying to up my calories just a bit (as NUT advised) snacking on 100 calorie pack almonds & Holy Guacamole 100 cal packs-- avg about 800/ day. Trying diligently to get 60-80 g of Protein each day. Water seems to be my biggest struggle -- avg ~40-50 oz per day

  4. unjury is the only one I can tolerate at this point. I ordered the starter pack first (~$25) with a couple packets of each flavor . Liked the unflavored & strawberry best. Strawberry mixed with Crystal Light Lemonade is my fav
  5. I drink one protein drink-- unjury unflavored w/ minute maid 15 cal juice Shrimp or fish Almonds cheese Greek yogurt
  6. SW 272 CW 252 Walking 1 1/2 miles per day & Riding stationary bike or doing Wii Exercises 30 min per day -- did 55 mins of Zumba yesterday (first time ever!!!!) Avg around 800 cals per day Feeling great. Lots of energy. Only problem getting water/fluids req everyday (avg 45-50 oz)
  7. Hang in there!! Keep pushing on!! Down to an 18 is HUGE progress!!!

  10. I'm right there with you all. Been at a stall for 2 weeks. So very frustrated!!! Had follow up Dr's appt today & he confirmed that I'm doing what I'm supposed to -- stalls are normal & the weight will come off
  11. Talked to Dr today. He told me not to worry about calories. Keep protein & fluids in check. Body is adjusting & weight loss will happen. Made me feel a little better :@)
  12. Finally found a Greek Yogurt that I can stomach. Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt with Blueberry... Not too bad
  13. I'm so glad to read all these encouraging posts!! I have been fighting the same 4 lbs for 4 weeks & am soooo frustrated. 5-weeks out -- on soft foods. track everything that I eat on MFP. I have driven myself just about crazy trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Averaging 700-800 cal/day. 60-64 oz of H2O & 60-70 g of protein. Reading y'all's words helped me to see that this too shall pass!!!
  14. Same here!! If it goes in my mouth, it's logged!! Everything-- spices, wasabi, etc... Little OCD action!! LOL
  15. Was able to get down 64 oz of H2O today... FINALLY!!!!
  16. Major weight loss stall. So frustrating. Only down 12lbs since surgery (6/6)--UGH Feel great though -energy level is good
