I just saw a recipe on Racheal Ray's show by Rocco Dispirito, the "pasta" is high in Protein because it is made with chicken, and it looks so easy! Can't wait to try it! All he did was put ice in a blender, added cubed Frozen chicken breast an egg white powder. When he blended it all together it turns into a paste and he put it in a squeeze bottle. He had Water boiling already (with salt) and he turned the burner off and started squeezing the chicken paste into the hot water in swirls and it looks exactly like spaghetti!! The recipe is not up on the website yet but as soon as I see it I will add a link. I just had to share... I'm so excited about this recipe

Thanks everybody this time I am excited, I know I will have no problem because Xanax does work. I havent even really told anyone except for you guys. I want to surprise them! Its gonna be on April 1st lol so Im gonna play a trick on Facebook lol I tried Xanax yesterday and I felt no fear! Thanks for your support!

Eating while cooking that's what shocked me how many time i taste things while preparing them. OMG thats a lot of calories I never took into consideration.
Is anyone else feeling just a bit freaked out?

OMG! OMG! OMG!!!!!! I'm in the airplane seat & I feel TINY!!!! TINY I tell you, TINY!!! This is more than I could have ever hoped for. I am literally crying with joy right now. Simply unbelievable.

I was spilling out of a 42DD and at goal now wear a 38D nicely. I am 60 and expected the girls to look like heck, but they don't. I think it is because I had a reduction/lift some 30 years ago, so they were already in better shape than for most women my age.
Just don't ask about the thighs... O.M.G.

March 19th is the big day ''yay"...pre-op appt tomorrow....Wow this is really going to happen....feeling so blessed.
