My hairdresser told me about this brush that you can buy at sally beauty supply called "wet" brush. $8.99. So I was desperate. Ive taken a boat load of biotin i get in my vitamins every day and i reach my protein goals every day. I tried it and it works!!! it detangles my mid back length hair without losing handfuls. So being the sceptic i am i thought well, i will just shed through out the day....NOPE. Im loving this.... Wanted to share with anyone who really is struggling with this issue.

I'm just three months out and its alarming how much hair I'm losing. Scary. My Doc said it's cause our bodies think we're starving. She promised I won't go bald and said months 3-6 are the worst.

When I start to feel a loss is not noticeable I think to myself I'm losing fat on my internal organs. I'm getting healthier. Then a week goes by and I say hey I never noticed that collar bone. Lol.

I was told DO not stop taking it. I brought it with me to hospital and couldn't take for two days so I had breakthrough bleeding but was instructed to keep taking. Best wishes! Wait til u see what u can do!!!

I think it's genetics. Either an Apple, pear or stringbean. I have lost most of mine in shoulders arms neck n face. I was an Apple at 368 I'm more pear at 282. My poor boobs. Others say once u reach goal in about a year your weight redistributed. Let's see shall we????

Welcome!! I used to snore like a freight train one month out no more snoring because of weight loss I used a c pap before if u need it you will feel so rested you will adapt.

You can take a potassium vitamin. Ask Dr.

Me too my friends. I started taking mega biotin 3 months pre opp so not happy bout this either. I get 80 to 90 oz of protein. I don't wash my hair everyday so on second day I've got comb fulls in the shower . Makin me nervous.

Have you been to Dr to determine if it's not a fungal infection etc?

My Dr Said lack if taste can b from anesthesia. Common complaint. Usually gets better 3 months out. So she says. Here's to hoping.

3/1 down 30 lbs 70 total. I don't weight myself but once a month. I'm looking forward to weighing in next month again. Weighing daily or weekly does something weird to my brain. This way I'm sure to have a loss. I'm loving this sleeve o mine.

It was extremely similiar to gallbladder surgery for me. Except i had more gas pain and discomfort with gallbladder surgery. the muscles in your stomache feel sore like too many situps you will avoid coughing and sneezing for a week. lol. hugging a pillow when you need to cough or sneeze will help. they did a great job managing my pain but i was only on pain meds for 24 hours. walk, walk, walk, If you breezed through gallbladder surgery you will be FINE!
