Still feel bad
It took me a total of 4 weeks to really start feeling like myself again. I still have to pay attention to my body because when it tells me I need to rest, it means NOW Give yourself time and be kind to yourself.

I have been cleared as of today
I actually had band removal, hernia repair and the sleeve in one procedure and, from what I have read, my recovery time and advancement through the stages have been comparable to others with just sleeve surgery. Thereis a forum on the main forum menu for Lapband to sleeve revisions you might want to check out. Good luck with your journey!

March 20th sleevers
I am a March 20th revision and feel tired a lot (working full time and have to travel once a week). Other than that, life is soooooooo much better than with the band! I am having cottage cheese, refried beans, creamed soup, along with sf Popsicles and pudding. I am drinking one whey protein shot a day. Hope everyone else continues to do well!
