you probably aren't getting enough Water. try to get in as much as possible(and I know it is not easy)

Also, my doctor had me on sugar free carnation instant Breakfast mixed with skim milk, that was my saving grace, took me all day to drink one, but it helped me feel better.

Good Luck, it does get better :)

It took me a total of 4 weeks to really start feeling like myself again. I still have to pay attention to my body because when it tells me I need to rest, it means NOW :) Give yourself time and be kind to yourself.

part of leaving the hospital was I had to keep down 2 oz of this, so I was able to have it 2 days after surgery. You should be fine. Just check around the stores before you go, a lot of them don't carry the sugar free kind.

Really hope you start to feel better, the first week was pretty tough for me and once I was allowed purees I think that was my turning point. Hang in there.

Three weeks!! Wow! I was on puree at 6 days out, follow up at five days and then I was able to start. Every doctor is so different!

I'm curious, where you are and what doctor told you not to have protein for 7 days? No wonder you're weak!!

No regrets...best thing i ever done...down 102lbs since Sept went from size 46 to 36 pants and 3x to large...

I'm 5 days out n soooo weak. I can only tolerate 6 oz of liquids a day otherwise I get nauseous. I follow up tue w dr but I know I can't start purée til week 3
