Drinks
I've been soda free for about two months now. I went from drinking several 42 oz cups a day to a few bottles to nothing. A friend told me to try taking organic Green Tea pills every time the cravings came. The bottle told me to only take two a day the pills seemed to last that long and WORKED! I still had to go through withdrawal, but at least as long as I took a pill twice a day, I did not have to deal with the cravings too. After a week or so of withdrawal I decided to try and not take the pills as well, and have not really had any cravings for it since. I gave up ALL caffeine or carbonated liquid. I still have occasional chocolate, and that might have some caffeine in it, but not enough to effect me it seems. I'm working on sugar now. My surgery is June 10th, so I have a few weeks left to get there. Good luck!

Newly sleeved
Congrats!!! I will be right there with you June 10th. Keep us all up to date on your progress.

Vitamins and CARBS!
If you're taking other pills, I don't see why you CAN'T take your Vitamins in pill form too. I take chew-able because I dislike swallowing pills, half the time they feel like they get stuck and I throw them back up. (And I am not even sleeved yet!) Ask your doc for the best advise. Good luck!

Sleeved May 15 and Regretting it
I'm told the first month is the worst, but it get's better and most seem to come to love their sleeve. You just have to get through that horrible beginning. Good luck!

My surgion appointment on tues =)
If this is your first visit then for me it was quick. I filled out a bunch of paper work. They wanted to know what diets I have done and dates I did them. They needed my signature everywhere, and other info. I was called to the back where they weighed me and took me to a room. I talked to the person who was going to be sending all my stuff to my insurance when I finished everything. We discussed everything I have done so far and what I still needed to do. My doc came in last and let me ask my questions. I asked things like how long would I be in the hospital, whether I would have a drainage tube and or catheter. I actually posted my questions to one of my VLOG posts. Good luck! http://youtu.be/FP4OZf_bYUo

Running fever
I would call back and ask for your doctor. If you get the backup go to the ER, better safe then sorry.
