Running fever

Well everything was going great till today ,,,, started running 101 fever. I called the dr and got his " backup". Which was completely useless. Told me to watch it. I ask him at what point do I go back to the hospital ,,,, all he could say was it kinda depends ???

  • Thanks for your replys. It's down to 98.9 this morning without meds. I'm sure hope that's what it is.

  • I'm kinda watching it right now. I'm worried it might be a little dehydration.

What?!? How far out are you?

I would call back and ask for your doctor. If you get the backup go to the ER, better safe then sorry.

Maybe doing too much? If still running high in am, i would def return.

I'm only 10 days post op and I had the same issue for 1st 5 or 6 days. What I was told was unless it goes above 101 and won't gondola with meds it's nothing to worry about. Probably just your body responding to surgery
