    I had surgery Monday and am struggling to get my 80 oz of liquid down since they repaired a hiatal hernia as well. I havent started protein yet. I am SO full from just water and sugar free popsicles. For my pre op diet I used Matrix, and their protein powder is wonderful. I use mint cookie, chocolate, strawberry cream and orange cream.
