I make my own ice tea also get it with cherry or mango in it no cal taste great I brew it from organic tea I get at a tea shop

I am a year now after my vs not sure if its the food or the vs but I have tons of gas not sure what to take or do its not bad just air and can feel the pressure could be the food I am eating ps lost over 150 already
