I'm a 50 yr old retired Public Safety Officer now working Hospital Security. I have been overweight for about 20 years and of late have been feeling the joint pain, etc. from carrying around the excess weight. Other diet plans have failed. I am now excited for this program and look forward to the lighter me being able to chase (and actually catch) the 9 grandkids!
