I am vegan- pinterst has been a big help
I do just fine- in fact my hair has gotten better in the past few months since going 100% vegan- I was however sleeved back in 2/25/13

CW 130 lbs... Keep going no matter whether your going down, going up or maintaing the same number. Accountability is everything and this what challenges are about. It doesn't matter if you make goal but that your trying!!

It happens- in the past couple of months I've gone back and forth the same few lbs- actually for the past 2-3 challenges--- just change it up a few days opposite of what your doing- maybe even vegan/vegetarian for a few days- the body gets used to 'your normal' stuff
I'm about 26 mo out as well!! it happens it just takes time--

Several of us rarely or ever make goal lol it's great tho- I've done it since the 2nd challenge I believe- and ice hit goal a whole 2 x maybe

For me.... I realized even in a few months... Or several months... I'll be so much better off! My highest weight before being sheeted on 2/25/13 was 319 I haven't weighed yet this am yet but I'm right around 170ish.... I'll check back soon to add my stats this week! I also learned that the weeks and months will pass anyways and any progress is better than gaining... You can do this! Oh and a therapist I found was great for the emotional areas!!
