How are fellow March 19/20 sleevers doing?
Doing awesome. So happy I did this. I walk alot. Eating some protein now and drinking fine. I'm pretty lucky. I've seen some of the roadblocks people have been running into. Just stay positive. It will pass!

March 20th!?
- I'm Scared!
- Pigging out before LIQUID DIET?
Omg yes! For 2 weeks I ate whatever I wanted. By the time my 2 week pre-op started, I was SICK of eating.... Sick of food. So far the pre-op has been pretty good so maybe I psyched myself out lol!! Enjoy your time.- March 20th!?
Day 2 of shakes for me. Lost 3 pounds but I know that's just water loss. I'm doing ok on the shakes so far. Keeping busy- why can't protein shakes taste good?
I'm going to get the isopure too for after surgery. Right now, I'm using metrx Meal Replacements and I just Love the taste- Question about Shakes
Love the taste of shakeology. 17g carbs which I guess is ok for the 2 weeks of Liquid before surgery because its a meal replacement. After surgery I've read we should stick to a no carb protein shake
