  11. Also if you are working out it could be muscle gain
  12. Drink a lot of water. Maybe you are retaining water? And also recheck what you are eating? I had a stall at 3 weeks and gained 2 pounds. Just Lost 1 of them today ( sleeved march 20)
  13. Hi! I would ask doc first but my guess is peanut butter is ok. Nuts maybe not yet. Could be hard to digest.
  14. That's awesome and you look great!
  15. You look beautiful! Keep up the good work!
  16. Doing awesome. So happy I did this. I walk alot. Eating some protein now and drinking fine. I'm pretty lucky. I've seen some of the roadblocks people have been running into. Just stay positive. It will pass!

  27. Omg yes! For 2 weeks I ate whatever I wanted. By the time my 2 week pre-op started, I was SICK of eating.... Sick of food. So far the pre-op has been pretty good so maybe I psyched myself out lol!! Enjoy your time.
  28. Day 2 of shakes for me. Lost 3 pounds but I know that's just water loss. I'm doing ok on the shakes so far. Keeping busy
  29. I'm going to get the isopure too for after surgery. Right now, I'm using metrx Meal Replacements and I just Love the taste
  30. Love the taste of shakeology. 17g carbs which I guess is ok for the 2 weeks of Liquid before surgery because its a meal replacement. After surgery I've read we should stick to a no carb protein shake
