    1st week pre op diet success !

    My surgery is set for 2/20/13 and started pre op diet on the 6th. Having shake for breakfast and lunch, then 3 oz protien for dinner and all the green veggies I want. As of the 12th I had lost 9lbs. Very exciting for me! Can't wait until Wednesday! Everyone have a great weekend!!
