  1. I love it, now this is the kind of porn I don't mind hearing about.
  2. The only thing you can do is walk walk walk. I know it sound dumb but that is all that it is going to help you. Good luck to you. we have all been there.
  3. Even tho it can be taken, it should be taken for a short amount of time. The more you take it the bigger the risk of comlications with it.
  4. You sound like you are right on tract. As long as you stay with the new life style you will get the rewards we all have gotten. It is call major weight loss. Good Luck to you and cant wait to see pics.
  5. To help each other out let's start a blog as to what meds we have found that should not be taken. This could only help one another. Please feel free to add on. FLECTOR PATCHES, AND SKEAXTON
  6. Nothing you said shows your marriage is going down the tubes. Like most men they do not talk about their feeling. He could be just getting use to the "New You". If you do find the marriage is over then you need to evaluate if it will change thing to go to therapy. He maybe the kind of man who is attracted to big women. You would be the one who knows him best. Work on yourself and in the mean time try and talk to him slowly, don't push. Hit him up a little at a time or he will clam right up. Good luck to you, I wish you the best.
  7. If I was you I would go to your doctors office in the morning. You are down to the wire and if not paid, you are they will not do your surgery. Good luck to you.
  8. This is going to sound a little stupid but did you try drinks at room tempature?
  9. Here is some advice I can give you. Eat off small plates (cake plates) this is a mind game when you see the plate is full. Put your fork completely down between bites. When you don't feel empty and more stop eating and you can eat somemore later. Try little bites of things to see if it still agrees with you or that you even like the taste of it. Use a table spoon when serving out your plate. Alcohol. hummm, I just tried it for the first time and what I had would have been a gulp for anyone else but it too me all day until I gave up on it. I hope this helps you and good luck.
  10. I would just not mention it. They are going to ask you all sorts of questions like after the surgery would you try and kill yourself or others. If after you should have any negitive feeling I would speak to your shrink about it. She is intake nurse. If they ask you how you plan to fill your time without eating I said I play computer games. If you have any questions about your mental state go ask you shink they know you best.

  13. Well, what is the question??????????
  14. No other probelms other than the nausea. I am just ready to cry.
  15. I am 2 months out and all along I have been complaining of servere nausea. There is no ryme or reason for it. I have been tracking myself and I don't see anything that provokes it or helps it. The nausea medicine in the stores just seem to do nothing. Anyone have any ideas.
  16. This is something I would definately bring up to your surgeon. I would say to start full water intake. This does not sound good expecially since you have not even got to the surgery yet? Good luck to you.
  17. I would tell you to take a sip of a soda. I would bet you will never want another sip again.
  18. I don't see a problem why you can not have them now. Make sure you chew them fully.
  19. I hate to say it but the only thing to work is walk walk walk. I would have someone pat me hard on the back (like burping a baby) I felt it helped. Also look into gas x strips. I did not use them but others swear of them.
  20. I have found that this site has been a blessing. I can always find someone with the answer and the support is overwhelming. No Judging.
  21. What you hav is a Jackson Pratt drain. I it based on the use of gravity. Using the compressed bulb to pull enough to all the fluids to drain out. If you think about it is a very cool invention. The body always carries bacteria within itself. I bulb is just there to get the excess drainage out. Some surgeons believe that there is no need for it since the body already carries bacteria, other use it as a precaution incase the bacteria starts to grow out of control (very rare). It is usually taken out before you leave the hospital (mine was in for 3 months). This is also another way for them to tell if there is leaks from your surgery. Just keep it clean all will go well.
  22. This is so normal. I missed a month after surgery and then after that I had the worse period I ever had. Omg, the pain was so bad I went to the hospital because I thought something was really wrong.
  23. I have spent the day clothes shopping. I am losing all my weight in my legs and butt, but nothing in my gut. I am able to find jeans to go right up but can't get them buttoned. Does anyone have any ideas? Can you please tell me where everyone does their clothes shopping.
  24. This website site is addicting because we are all in the same boat. When you are in here it is not like you are trying to find a needle in a hay. We all have been there and done it. I help you to keep going hearing these positive stories. Stay with this site even after surgery and each step someone will have the answers you are looking for.
  25. I am taking so much Biotin that the beautician said I should not lose any hair. I have have strong healthy thick hair. I do the chewable biotin from GNC I love the taste of them.
