  1. What I have been doing is mix coconut water with regular water and a little of cran-cherry juice on ice.
  2. I had my sleeve 12-jun-13. I have only lost 40 lbs. because I have not been able to exercise. I was so dehydrated, I was having dizziness, low b/p and fell-getting staples in my head after passing out and falling on the tile flood. .My cardiologist changed my meds a few times times over the phone-no results. Went to an appointment, found out I was dehydrated. Dr. Advised me to drink coconut water, within 3 days I felt better than I have in a month. If you are dehydrated coconut water is the best better than Gatorade, only draw back it is quite pricey.

  5. Has any one experienced light headedness, dizziness and feeling of head spinning. Went to ER due to passing out. My lab test, chest x-ray and cat scan were all within normal limits. I did have urinary track infection, and laceration to lip and back of head. I always am dizzy
  6. I'm keeping hydrated but my blood pressure keeps fluctuating.
  7. They did give an IV and when released I was told to drink water but with my sleeve its more difficult to drink the amount I had been before surgery.
  8. How many weeks was it after surgery? That would be horrible to experience what you did.
  9. They told me to drink cranberry juice and since my blood pressure fluctuated the doctor told me to slowly sit up or stand up. Today I am on my third week and suppose to be starting my purée diet but I'll be delayed due to my injury.
