I would say the Hummus is OK but the pretzel crackers are too rough. I felt if I ate rough foods I payed for it the next day or later that day I could not each as much maybe it made me swollen.

All Dr's have different guidelines of when to eat things so as always, check with your Doctor first.
My Dr allows all foods by week 4 so I think this would be fine, just chew chew chew those crackers!
Again, check with your doc first!

It's normal to go up and down several times before shedding the lb or two for good, then on the the next lb or two. From folks at my support group who are further out than me.....they said it was what they did too. I was very strict with what I ate, and I didn't eat anything sweet, fried.....nothing I shouldn't when I was losing, and still, this is how I lost, it was normal for me. If you're doing what you should, you will see the scale moving like it should, enjoy the ride, you'll be surprised when you look back a year from now!

A stall at about 3 weeks is typical. Your body is adjusting to the changes and is holding on to the fat for dear life. The key things to do are probably what you already know. Get in your fluids. The fluids will help flush the fat out of the cells and will take its place there. Low carbs, high Proteins, etc. Really get serious about the exercise. The more you can do, the more the body has to give up on trying to store fat and will start to burn it off. It won't hurt to up your calories, by 10 to 15% for just abit to get your system to burn fat again as well. You will stall from time to time, but once you figure out how to get things upright again, they get shorter and shorter. Hang in there
