  1. I had my surgery on Jan 16th , 2013 so it has been 3 months and I have lost 60 lbs. YAY!!!!! but right now it has been a few weeks that I have not lost anything. I am very disappointed. I know I need to exercise which I have not but is there something else I should be doing to pass this plato. Thx

  5. Hi. My name is Selene and I had my surgery on Jan 16, 2013. I have lost 30 lbs so far but it has been like a week that I have not lost anything else. I am a bit concerned. Do you think that is normal. I am in the puree stage for one more week and then I'm off to starting to eat. I have no idea where to begin. Any suggestions are welcomed.
