I had my sleve in aug last year i did great going from 275 down to 195 an then i started to slip like i alway do i put my head in the sand as i slip back into bad eating habits i changed jobs driving over the road but it started eating bad before this i called the DR. today this is my first step to stoping this an i am on there for the first time in a long time Doug from Michigan thanks for listening

Hi sleevers or soon to be sleeved. hw 306 start of 6 month before 275 two days before on protien shake 255 day of sleeve 247 and today 204. Its has slowed down a lot still losing 1 or 2 a week with 15 to 20 lb to go. I have not been this low sents 1990 what a new lease on life. next big mark is 199. I am off all diabteties med off high blood presser med off hart burn meds.Things are good no great.To all the soon to be sleeve hang on it a fast an fun ride. Hi sleeved on 8/19 doing good just got the scale to move today after a week stalle first two weeks went good an now down 25 lbs I droped 9 lbs on the two day pre po diet so down 34 lbs in the last few weeks its happen so quit so far real happy good luck to all

I use GNC brands with skin milk I started with 8 oz an it was thick so I went with 12 oz. It was better to get down.

mine was two days an droped nine lbs. the sleeve wen't great
