  1. Walking definitely helps. I have had no gas pain.
  2. Do you have a nutritionist you can talk with?
  3. I felt the same way. The only thing to keep me in check is my surgeon told me if I gained weight before surgery they would cancel it. That kept me on the straight and narrow. I've definitely been mourning food though....
  4. I wore sweats and t-shirt. Sports bra was the most comfortable for me.
  5. Mine was approved within a day once they had all my info.
  6. I've had some churning today. Been using Gas X strips which seem to help. My big problem today is heartburn
  7. Surgery went well. Feeling pretty good. A little bit of pain at incision site but nothing the Dilaudid doesn't fix up and walking hourly along with working on my fluid intake. How is everyone else doing?
  8. Surgery went great. In my room sipping on water. Been up walking twice. A little sore and sleepy but not too bad.

  10. I check in at 6:15. I'm so excited. I was a bit nervous this morning when I woke up but as the day goes on that has went away! Good luck tomorrow!
