  2. The entire staff was amazing!! Dr. Broussard is my Dr and I loved him. The whole experience was great and I have no regrets!! Do you come to support group? I find them very helpful and reassuring.
  3. I was sleeved there on Feb 12th. I was insurance and had my consultation Oct 26th. I think when your self pay as soon as you meet pre op requirements they schedule you.

  6. I understand how you feel but hang in there. It does get better. I too slept in my recliner the first 4 days and was so happy to be able to crawl into my bed. I am 19 days out and can tell you it does get better! And just think of the results

  10. Made a lovely piece of Tilapia tonight and ate way too much of it! Can I just say......"Yuck" and I sure hope my brain remembers this feeling in the future. It was a 4 ounce piece and I should of stopped at 2 ounces....
  11. Laughing so hard I'm crying. Maybe that burned enough calories to break my stall
  12. Depending on how much exercise you are doing could be part of the stall. If your burning more than your taking in your body could be holding on to it. But stalls are normal as well. Especially at this point. Hang in there and Good Luck!!
  13. That's my thought to. Pre-op the put a scopolamine patch on me that I would wear for 3 days. They told me it could cause blurry vision.

  15. Welcome and Good Luck with your journey
  16. Yesterday was my 2nd day of soft foods. Today I woke up nauseated. I think it's my tummy adjusting. But when in doubt call your surgeon. Good Luck. Hope you feel better soon
  17. I got one after surgery myself. I believe it was from the 2 rounds of Antibiotics I received while in the hospital.
