  1. Hello everyone it's been awhile yesterday was my 6 month anniversary. Was 240 now I'm 192 I think it's great not losing too fast or slow. But to answer your question my hair actually is growing more idk y but I'm not stressing don't worry I think u will be fine . Good luck
  2. Is anyone drinking seltzer n how does it effect them? Was sleeved 1/8 n start weight 240 current 194 I'm not really hungry n I just want to drink some seltzer . I'm in a stall same weight for 30 days I'm freaking out. Nutritionist said that my weight is right on n if I lose any faster then they would worry but it's getting hotter n I want to break out the skinny jeans n shorts. Any advice on how to break this stall n please advice on the seltzer.

    Just venting

Thank you Kathy I know it's a stall but its getting hot in NYC n all I see are skinny girls showing belly buttons. I would never do that but you feel so fat even though I'm losing. I'm going to see my nutritionist today n see about going on liquid diet again just to get this stall moving n get rid of acid reflux.
  4. Surgery was 1/8/13 n I'm still having heartburn is anyone out there with the same problem?
  5. I was sleeved on 1-8-13 surgery weight 240 I am now 195. I've been at this weight for 6 weeks now I'm so disappointed. My regular pcp said that this is normal. My nutritionist said the same. If I lose any faster they would worry but I'm thinking I should be at least 180-175 what do u think ??? I'm blessed I know too have made it through with no complications n I'm just human feeling like I needed to get this off my chest I've been holding it in for a long time now.Does anyone else feel this way???
