  1. I've been experiencing that since surgery and only suggestion docs have is to drink more cuz my blood pressure is now low. I'm not on any BP meds so I am trying to drink at least 3 32 oz cups per day. I get to eat salty stuff too cuz my BP is low so can't complain unless I actually tip over and hit my head
  2. It is a great dress and you can wear it. I do think a slip or some kind of support under clothes are in order but who besides 11-14year Olds could wear that style of dress without support wear??
  3. My daughter gave me a pair of her jeans she doesn't wear much...they are size 14...AND THEY FIT!!! Such a Snoopy Happy Dance
  4. I am down 42 lbs since surgery 2/20/13 which i am ecstatic over and still having a hard time believing. My weight loss was about 10 lbs per month until last couple months so I am trying to recapture that rate of loss. I have done a 5day reset and am starting c25k running App and hope to continue on the losing trail. Surgery wgt 224 today's wgt 182
  5. I just started the App and am making my way thru this huge thread and feeling very motivated but I am wondering if I am supposed to run every day or every other??
  6. This happened to me!! Started the day of surgery. I got thru it but Sheesh!
  7. I have it and was approved real quickly and have had good coverage with it so far
  8. My current short term goal is to get below 180 by my 5 month check up. Currently at 188. Eating less carbs, less Snacks and trying to work in exercise, especially swimming since it is 100+ in the desert
  9. I am eating between 800-1100. My nut said shoot for 800-900 buy I haven't been keeping it that low. DOS 2/20/13 and have lost 32 lbs since surgery. Need to cut back and concentrate even more on protein protein protein.

  14. I love egg beaters, such great protein and easy to make. Also adore Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage crumbles. Both are delicious for breakfast with a little salsa thrown in
  15. I hate the idea of juicing because you don't get the fiber from the veggies
  16. I go with every menstrual cycle then below but it takes like a week and a half afterwards which is very frustrating!
  17. I am three months out and have very little pain except when eating meat. I am doing good and measure my food but kind of wish I had more severe restriction

  19. I haven't ....yet. I plan on keeping it that way if I don't screw myself over
  20. My surgeon said tylenol / ibuprofen was OK as long as I cut it so it is small. I didn't ask specifically about nsaids but am operating under the assumption that it is same
