  1. My sister got up and ran with me at 5am for a week or so. I can't say I blame her for stopping since I work at 7am and she works at 9am and I just continued on solo though the company was nice while it was there

  4. OK, this is the week after my TOM and I am not acknowledging that I am up 1 lb but weight is 175 this am
  5. May be a stupid question but how do you view someones gallery?

I was size 22/24 and now am Med-Large shirt and size 14 pants.I was stretching using my big clothes because I am loath to purchase in between sizes and try to avoid it as much as possible to avoid the expense so I can save $ for future purchases that wont get shrunk out of and to get just as much use out of what I had as possible

  16. Start it and see how it feels. No shame in repeating a day but you never know til you start. I'm on week 5 right now and am amazed at how well I'm doing with it. The encouragement on the thread Dean started is fantastic also
  17. I am doing c25k App 3days a week usually Tue, Thu and Sat. Hike on Sunday with my sister for our fun exercise. I was doing squats and lunges and arm exercises in am but need to incorporate that again, at least on off days.
