I was size 22/24 and now am Med-Large shirt and size 14 pants.I was stretching using my big clothes because I am loath to purchase in between sizes and try to avoid it as much as possible to avoid the expense so I can save $ for future purchases that wont get shrunk out of and to get just as much use out of what I had as possible
